This is Benjamin's last photo before he took that one too many steps backwards at the end of The Breakwater.

Fortunately, he survived the splash into the icy waters but has been temporarily adopted by a passing family of wolf eels. He's currently swimming with them around Trial Island.

Once he returns to shore and his camera dries off, he'll be back posting interesting photos of this interesting city...

How's that? ;-)

Gurgle..bloop...bloop....

(When taking this I actually asked some folks nearby to stop me if it looked like I was about to step backwards off the breakwater.)

Paty, yes it was a splendid sunset.

Such a beautiful photo with wonderful colours and composition. I'll bet also the concert on the lighthouse is still warm from the days sun, which makes leaning back on it warm and relaxing!
Have a great week and say hi to the family...of wolf eels!

Hey, this is a fresh angle on a really played out place for sunset photos. Very meta. Nicely done!

It says something about couples and age.

The young just like hanging with each other. The not-so-young hang because they have been hanging, but they are now more interested in other things.
